Cutting line calculation of meat

In this study a knife is attached to a robot arm that cuts the meat against the direction of the conveying belt. The camerasystem bases the calculation for the individual cut of each piece of meat on the charakteristics on the surface. If the inner structure differs from the surface of the meat, the automatic cut of the robot can lead to efficiency loss.
