Type determination of different sacks
This system identifies bagged material before opening to prevent employees from incorrectly filling raw materials into the industrial mixing process. Because there are no barcodes on the sacks, the sacks are identified automatically using image processing.
The system captures an image of the sack and shows the information of the current recipe and the sack type that should be used next. The intelligent system enables the customer to teach new sack types independently.
